Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return this to us by simply following the steps below.

EARRINGS - Please note we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges on earrings due to hygiene purposes even if they are said to be unworn / unopened. We also are unable to offer returns/exchanges on personalised items. As earrings / personalised items are non refundable, if returned to us without consent, they will be posted back to you and delivery costs will be deducted. 

  • Returns must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving your order. If after this period we can only offer you a gift card for the amount.

  • Please return your item to us unworn in new condition and gift box within 14 days. 

  • Please do not remove the tag and tie unless you are keeping the item. 
  • Necklaces must be returned with the tie and tag still attached to qualify for a return, if returned without this they will be returned to you.
  • We will refuse refunds on any necklaces where tag or ties have been adjusted or tampered with.
  • Customers are liable for any postage costs in returning items to us. 
  • We do not offer refunds for any postage costs paid at the time of ordering. 

  • We will contact you via email once we receive your package. 

  • Refunds / gift cards will be issued within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your package. 

  • Necklace Sets - When returning a necklace part of a set, we will only charge the earring cost and refund the remainder of the necklace set cost. 
We pride ourselves on providing customers with quality pieces and check all orders prior to dispatching. However if your item is damaged in transit please contact us.
  • Please email us with an image of the damaged item to customerservice@jewelsbyhouseofaria.com
  • Faulty items must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period you will be entitled to a replacement / gift card only. 
  • If earrings are faulty we will arrange for them to be returned and replaced, we do not offer refunds for earrings.
  • We can not accept faulty claims for orders after 1 month. 
  • Personalised items that arrive damaged/ faulty will be replaced. We are unable to offer discounts or refunds for personalised items.
  • For faulty items we will provide a pre paid label for your item to be returned to us and a replacement item will be dispatched to you.
